The menu includes: Appetizer: Savory pie of seasonal organic vegetables, accompanied by a glass of sparkling white wine. First course: Tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach, topped with butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano, served with a glass of sparkling Lambrusco Rosé. Assortment of mixed cold cuts and cheeses from small local farms, presented on a tigelle board, accompanied by a glass of still red wine.

I also enjoy preparing risottos with seasonal vegetables or cheeses paired with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. I love making savory vegetable tarts and desserts, particularly pies with organic jams and traditional sweets from Modena. As a certified AIS Sommelier and wine course instructor, I take pleasure in pairing each dish with the right wine.
