I spent my childhood in the kitchen, alongside my grandmother, savoring the aromas and flavors of tradition. I distinctly remember the morning scent of homemade fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and other local delicacies. My grandmother taught me to 'get my hands in the dough', a precious lesson that I still cultivate with enthusiasm, dedication, and that I enjoy letting my guests discover. You can watch how I prepare fresh pasta, to make tasty tagliatelle with ragù. After the pasta, there's the tiramisu, done to perfection. Mi ha accolto nella sua casa facendomi sentire una sua amica, che bella sensazione. ...ottimo il suo brodo di cappone che ha accompagnato i tortellini fatti da me e altri ospiti, per non parlare di come ci ha coccolato con i suoi antipasti, vini e pure dolci! Serata super piacevole davvero!

Modena is a city rich in tradition, famous throughout the world for good food and passion for the automotive industry. On its hills, you can see castles, fortresses, towers, and medieval villages, testimonies of its history, in a landscape that satisfies mind and spirit. Luisa spent her childhood in grandmother's kitchen, surrounded by the aromas and flavors of peasant cuisine. Every day she smelled the scent of fresh homemade pasta, tigelle, and crescentine, and it was exactly her grandmother who taught her to 'put your hands in the dough’. Our Cesarina lives closer to the historic center, where she hides a real treasure: the old family vinegar factory, which she loves to show her guests.
