Your experience
Lasagna is truly a heart-warming dish, with a strictly green sheet of pasta enriched with spinach or chard. Layered with a delicious meat sauce that has cooked slowly for hours, made soft by a velvety béchamel sauce and enriched with flavorful Parmesan cheese. All this is enjoyed in an old farmhouse dating back to the late 1800s, where my grandmother always gathered the whole family. Sitting at the table to enjoy it is always a celebration, it is love, it is joy.
