Cooking is my greatest passion. There’s something truly magical about turning simple ingredients into dishes that tell stories, evoke emotions, and celebrate cultures. I fell in love with Italian regional cuisine—especially Sardinian, my homeland; Piedmontese, the region that adopted me; and Sicilian, a place that has captured my heart. Every dish is a journey through memories, family traditions, and the unique flavors of each region. And then, there’s travel: discovering new dishes, spices, and techniques is a never-ending adventure that enriches me and inspires new culinary creations. My friends know how much I love to experiment, blending my Sardinian roots with Piedmontese and Sicilian influences, all enhanced by flavors and inspirations gathered from my travels around the world.
