My name is Chiara, and I am a cooking teacher at AICI, the Italian Cooking Teachers Association, as well as an instructor for themed courses at Eataly Torino. I live in the province of Turin, and together with my sommelier partner, I love welcoming friends and guests into our home, delighting them with regional specialties such as vitello tonnato, Fassona tartare, flan, and, of course, our plin.

- We were there for a hen do: fantastic, fun, and well-organized experience. Chiara told us a lot of interesting details and information about what we would be doing and accompanied us during this celebration, even arranging a tasting lunch of our work with good wines. Absolutely deserves it!
