Wednesday? Dinner party! I look forward to welcoming you to my home for an evening with a difference: an experience centred on good food and sharing!
Recipe calendar (starting at 7.30 pm):
- - tramezzini in July and August
- - miassa in September and October
- - agnolotti in November and December
Together we’ll prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you’ll learn how to make it and discover its secrets. After the session, we’ll taste the dish we’ve prepared and raise a glass of fine wine.
The session will go ahead once we have reached 4 participants. Please let us know of any allergies or intolerances when booking. We’ll do our best to cater for your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.

- We had a wonderful cooking experience with Benedetta at her house. She teached us how to make filled eggs, Ravioli and Tiramisu. I have written down the recipes and will definitely make it at home. It was very nice to sit at her dinner tabel to eat our own house made Italian food together with Benedetta, her mother Grande Mama and daughter. We highly recommend her cooking class.
- We were received very warmly and hospitably by the hostess and Nonna. A relaxed afternoon followed in which the steps of making fresh ravioli were explained. The afternoon flew by. Many thanks, Bernadette and Nonna.
- We had an exceptional evening at Benedetta's! A warm, family-like, and yet very professional welcome. I had never had such an experience. I have celiac disease, so gluten is strictly forbidden for me, and Benedetta (notified in advance) adapted the menu to be compatible with this constraint, while providing a delicious and local meal for our small group of five. The sharing was joyful, simple, and respectful. Her mother and daughter participated in the preparations and the meal, and we loved the atmosphere of this delicious dinner with rich interactions. - This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment I arrived, Benedetta made me feel completely at home. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Learning how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu in her home was amazing, but what made everything unforgettable was the atmosphere she created. Cooking together, sharing a meal with her family, and spending time around the table with such incredible women made me feel like part of the family for the day. Everything was beautifully prepared and organized with so much care, and the food was absolutely delicious. She explained every step very clearly and made the whole experience feel easy, relaxing, and sooo fun. This was such an authentic and special experience, and one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. If you are visiting Turin, I truly recommend doing this experience with Benedetta.
