Wednesday? Dinner party! I look forward to welcoming you to my home for an evening with a difference: an experience centred on good food and sharing!

Recipe calendar (starting at 7.30 pm):

    • tramezzini in July and August
    • miassa in September and October
    • agnolotti in November and December

Together we’ll prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you’ll learn how to make it and discover its secrets. After the session, we’ll taste the dish we’ve prepared and raise a glass of fine wine.

The session will go ahead once we have reached 4 participants. Please let us know of any allergies or intolerances when booking. We’ll do our best to cater for your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.

Benedetta was a fantastic and extremely welcoming host, her mother and daughter were also extremely friendly and it felt like we were part of their family. The food Benedetta and her family cooked was superb and absolutely delicious, and the explanations and demonstrations were brilliant. We even got to assemble our own Tiramisu. The experience was amazing and a real great way to learn about Turin, would recommend both Cesarine and Benedetta to anyone visiting Turin!

My vermouth outing wasn’t what I expected, and it was better: I was the only guest, and got to spend time with Benedetta, her mother, and her daughter. They were each wonderful company, and welcoming in their own ways; it was truly special ☺️ Of course, the food and drinks were great, and it was fun to learn about some new local things happening in the world of vermouth-making. I hope to visit again…

I took this course with my dad and it was a beautiful experience! Benedetta and her wonderful family welcomed us and made us feel at ease, and we learned so many things about pasta! Thanks again! ❤️

Le Cesarine brings families together. It is far more than just a culinary experience; it is about sharing cultures and forging friendships. Thanks to Le Cesarine, we met Benedetta. She taught us how to make fantastic homemade pasta and a delicious tiramisu. But that wasn't all: yesterday, we found ourselves at her home—along with la mamma and Zoe—spending a wonderful Venezuelan evening together. Thank you, Cesarine, and thank you, Benedetta: you turned our trip to Turin into an unforgettable memory.

Benedetta is a very special person with a special family…Zoé e la nonna. She is an excellent teacher of not only cooking but the culinary traditions of Piedmont. You can feel her joy and her love for what she does and how she connects with the many guests that come to her house. Zoé is an excellent teacher of games too! Together with la nonna, I enjoyed a most special and memorable evening. The food is delicious and I feel I can replicate this once I return home. What a lovely way to nourish people’s hearts as well as their appetites!

Seductive, regal, and a little French — that’s Turin. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
