I'll be waiting for you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing! Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.) :
- - 1/14: ravioli del plin
- - 2/11: tramezzini -2/25: ravioli del plin Together we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine. The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

- We really enjoyed our cooking experience with Benedetta and her mom. They were lovely and patiently showed us how to make pasta. We would love to do another class with them if we come back to Italy.
- Benedetta and her family were super welcoming! We had a lot of fun cooking some traditional food, and while cooking, she shared her knowledge of the region and the country! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I felt super at home during my whole time and left with a huge smile on my face! Truly couldn't recommend her more! She and her family are AMAZING!

I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
