I'll be waiting for you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing! Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.) :
- - 26/11: miassa
- - 10/12: sandwiches
- - 14/1: ravioli del plin
Together we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine. The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

Simpatica e coinvolgente, ti accompagna nella preparazione dei ravioli (nel nostro caso). Tutto in maniera semplice ed efficace. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking.
