⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable, warm, and authentic Italian experience! Attending Vittoria’s orecchiette workshop was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, Vittoria made us feel less like tourists and more like old friends gathered together in a beautiful olive grove. Cooking in such a small, intimate group made the whole experience feel relaxed, personal, and incredibly special. Vittoria went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. She was so thoughtful and accommodating with dietary needs, ensuring that non-alcoholic drink options were available for me and verifying that the cheese was pasteurized. Even when the weather threw a slight curveball, she adjusted our plans seamlessly so we didn't miss a beat. And the food! There was an abundance of delicious, homemade food to eat and plenty of wine flowing throughout the event. Learning to make authentic orecchiette surrounded by olive trees, followed by such a generous aperitif, was pure magic.
