Family recipes, local ingredients, and a passion for handmade cooking come together to create an authentic and welcoming experience.I love preparing traditional dishes such as pici all'aglione, carbonara, amatriciana, and gricia, always ending with a delicious tiramisù. After living in Rome for 12 years, I brought into my kitchen the perfect balance between the bold flavors of Roman cuisine and the genuine tastes of the Tuscan countryside.For me, cooking is a way of welcoming people: every dish tells a story, and every table is an opportunity to share traditions, flavors, and unforgettable moments.
