Our little Borgo features Tuscan cuisine, where simple yet well-crafted ingredients and respect for tradition reign supreme. Here, you can learn how to make "pici" pasta, tagliatelle, filled pasta, pizza, and typical biscuits, all strictly handmade! And not only that, with our cooking classes, you can also learn how to cook excellent Tuscan sauces.
