Our little Borgo features Tuscan cuisine, where simple yet well-crafted ingredients and respect for tradition reign supreme. We exclusively use local, high-quality products and strive to showcase them at their best. We enjoy teaching our guests those invaluable manual skills that elevate the Tuscan culinary tradition! Here, you can learn how to make "pici" pasta, tagliatelle, filled pasta, pizza, and typical biscuits, all strictly handmade! And not only that, with our cooking classes, you can also learn how to cook excellent Tuscan sauces.
