With us, lunch or dinner is, as tradition teaches, a convivial moment to be shared.
We offer a menu featuring typical dishes from our Tuscan family tradition, paired with local wines. Pierpaolo is the one who cooks for you—cooking has always been his passion, which he now shares with guests as well. Alongside managing the organic farm, he also tends to the vegetable garden and the aromatic herb garden, which often inspire the menu.
Everything we serve is seasonal and locally sourced; whenever possible, we use products from our own farm: flours, grains, vegetables, fruit, olive oil, and saffron.
In summer, meals are enjoyed outdoors on a panoramic terrace surrounded by vineyards, with a stunning view of Montepulciano at sunset; in winter, in the bright and cozy loggia.
