    Enjoy a unique experience: an outdoor lunch or dinner, surrounded by the scents of roses and jasmine from our garden. We start with a rustic appetizer: focaccia, salumi, taralli and local cheeses. Next, handmade pici with a double sauce: white Chianina ragu and aglione. As a second course, veal meatballs with tomato and basil with vegetables au gratin. We close on a sweet note with traditional king salami served with cream and black cherries, accompanied by artisanal limoncello or sweet passito di Montefalco.

    My favorite dishes are those made with long-fermentation doughs. One of my specialties is the Easter cheese bread, infused with the warm and inviting aromas of cinnamon and cloves. All my pasta is handmade, paired with simple yet flavorful sauces, such as *aglione* and white Chianina ragù. For desserts, I often prepare zuppa inglese, made with the traditional Umbrian torcolo soaked in alchermes, and salame del re, two delightful classics of Italian tradition.
