I welcome you to my Farm for an authentic and immersive experience in the beautiful countryside of Montepulciano.
We'll stroll through olive groves and vineyards, visit our breeding grounds for the typical Tuscan breed of pigs called "Cinta Senese," and then explore the aging room for our cured meats. Following the tour, indulge in a tasting lunch under the pergola featuring our products alongside those from local farms. Depending on the season, the menu may include: Tuscan Crostino; Bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil; Panzanella in summer / Ribollita in winter; Charcuterie board: selection of cured meats from Cinta Senese pig breed; Cheese board: 3 ages of Pecorino cheese from Pienza, served with local jams; Dessert with Cantucci and Vinsanto; Water and local wine included

- Wonderful experience! Enjoyed touring the farm and seeing the care Roberto and his staff show the animals AND the guests! Delicious food and wine, great way to spend an afternoon. Thank you!
- We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tasting. Fredrica was our guide. She was witty, informative and passionate about the farm, especially the animals. The tasting was more than a full lunch and was delicious. We purchased some of the sausages because they tasted so good. Roberto, the owner, was also very gracious and ensured everyone was taken care of.
- Better than 5 stars. 10 stars is more like it. Roberto and his family entertaining and celebrating a holiday welcomed us in. Circo was relaxed and the food was superiore. The wine was delicioso and the salami was a work of art. Grazie mille!
