Through actions, we bring recipes of the heart back to life and pass down traditions. Guests will be welcomed into my kitchen and involved in preparing fresh pasta, where sharing family secrets and curiosities is a must. You'll experience the satisfaction of creating something with your own hands, a gratification made even greater when tasting it at the table, savoring your creations. This experience is dedicated to those who wish to understand and preserve Tuscan culinary tradition, to then recreate these dishes in their homes, sharing with their loved ones.
