Your experience

    Nestled in the picturesque Aretine countryside, among vineyards and olive groves, you will have the opportunity to delight your palate with typical Tuscan flavors. From the authentic black liver crostino, to the artisanal preparation of macaroni rolled out by hand with a rolling pin, to the typical aretina arista cooked with the addition of grapes, all accompanied by excellent local wines and our own production. The menu includes: assortment of Tuscan crostini, handmade maccheroni with wild boar sauce, pork roast with grapes and seasonal side dishes, cantucci and vinsanto from our own production, surprise dessert, coffee, water and wine. I will take you on a discovery of new flavors, handed down from generation to generation.

    Orlanda and her husband Alfonso were excellent hosts, empathetic, attentive and accommodating. The diverse typical Tuscan food and wine of there own production were excellent and I can absolutely recommend Orlando.

    I have a passion for cooking and I love preparing all kinds of dishes. I often make fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli, and I'd like to help you discover the richness of Tuscan culinary tradition, particularly that of Arezzo. Among the typical dishes I propose are ribollita, mushroom cream, and grifi. Depending on the raw materials I can procure, I can easily switch between meat and fish and I'm ready to cook any dish that might delight my guests' palates!
