    A journey into the heart of Tuscan cuisine. We will begin with bruschetta, celebrated by the flavors of the earth: black cabbage, zolfini beans, ripe tomatoes, or simply garlic and freshly pressed oil. Then we'll knead tagliatelle or ravioli, as the women of the house did on Sundays, amid chatter and scents that envelop the kitchen. We will end with almond cantucci, crisp and golden, to be enjoyed dipped in vinsanto. An authentic experience, between memory and flavor.

    Our evening with Dina and her family was the highlight of a 21 day trip to Italy and Croatia!!! From the time her husband met us at the car until the end of the evening it was amazing. We made appetizers, soup, pasta and cantucci. Drank lemon cello and wine made by their family!! I can’t even begin to explain what an awesome experience it was. Do NOT miss out having the experience. You will love it!! Thank you Dina!!
