- Orlanda and her husband, Alfredo was providing us the genuine Italian hospitality. Teached us how to make 3 types of true local pastas, served their home-made, full natural wines, and we ate our lunch together, which was amazingly delicious. Great experience, heartwarming vibes and 2 really wonderful people! Highly recommended.
- Orlanda was a wonderful hostess creating three different pastas before my very eyes. These were only one of the four courses to feast on. The family was delightful and generously shared an insight into their days and lives. A genuinely enjoyable evening.

I often make fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli, and I'd like to help you discover the richness of Tuscan culinary tradition, particularly that of Arezzo. Among the typical dishes I propose are ribollita, mushroom cream, and grifi. Depending on the raw materials I can procure, I can easily switch between meat and fish and I'm ready to cook any dish that might delight my guests' palates!
