You will be welcomed in our garden with a glass of wine and appetizers prepared especially for you. Then we will immerse ourselves in the art of fresh pasta, preparing traditional ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta, with the option of experimenting with a more creative version enriched with seasonal vegetables. To accompany our ravioli, we will make a tasty tomato sauce or an alternative with butter and sage. The cooking class will end with the preparation of cantucci, typical Tuscan biscuits to be enjoyed with vin santo.

Our evening with Dina and her family was the highlight of a 21 day trip to Italy and Croatia!!! From the time her husband met us at the car until the end of the evening it was amazing. We made appetizers, soup, pasta and cantucci. Drank lemon cello and wine made by their family!! I can’t even begin to explain what an awesome experience it was. Do NOT miss out having the experience.
