Hi from Orlanda!

I have a passion for cooking and I love preparing all kinds of dishes. I often make fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli, and I'd like to help you discover the richness of Tuscan culinary tradition, particularly that of Arezzo. Among the typical dishes I propose are ribollita, mushroom cream, and grifi. Depending on the raw materials I can procure, I can easily switch between meat and fish and I'm ready to cook any dish that might delight my guests' palates!

: Orlanda and her husband Alfonso were excellent hosts, empathetic, attentive and accommodating. The diverse typical Tuscan food and wine of there own production were excellent and I can absolutely recommend Orlando.
