Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to cultivating my passion for cooking—an affection deeply rooted in my family history. For me, cooking is much more than preparing a meal: it’s an art passed down from my great-grandmother, then my mother, and today it lives on through my hands and my heart.I have a particular love for baking—especially leavened goods and shortcrust pastries—as well as traditional first courses, not only from Tuscany but from across Italy.On birthdays or special occasions with family and friends, I love creating full menus and enjoy preparing everything from appetizers to main courses.I’m always on the lookout for new recipes to try and reinterpret with a personal twist, while staying true to the traditions that have been handed down to me.
