My name is Cosimo, and I feel deeply connected to Tuscany’s culinary traditions. I love making fresh homemade pasta, such as pici and ravioli, using simple, high-quality ingredients and respecting the recipes passed down through my family. To me, cooking means sharing culture, emotions, and conviviality. Every dish tells a story, and my goal is to offer guests an authentic Tuscan experience—not only by teaching them a recipe, but by sharing the passion and traditions of our region. Welcoming people from all over the world and making them feel at home is the part of my work I love the most.
