I propose two popular variations, both with a double filling made with organic produce from our garden: Tortelli di patate rosse di montagna e maggiorana, and Tortelli di Ricotta, Basilico e Pinoli. During the course, we will learn together how to prepare these delicious tortelli and their sauces, and then share the pleasure of tasting them. A menu full of fresh and seasonal flavors, also available in a vegetarian version. I look forward to seeing you for an authentic culinary experience!

For many years now I have lived in Tuscany, in the beautiful province of Siena, a place that passed on to me the peasant culture and where I learned to love traditional Sienese recipes. I welcome guests to our family farmhouse, nestled in the wonderful Tuscan hills, where we have a very well equipped professional kitchen, a vegetable garden and a wonderful garden!"
