Discover a timeless classic of traditional Tuscan cuisine: tortelli! I propose two popular variations, both with a double filling made with organic produce from our garden: Tortelli di patate rosse di montagna e maggiorana, and Tortelli di Ricotta, Basilico e Pinoli. During the course, we will learn together how to prepare these delicious tortelli and their sauces, and then share the pleasure of tasting them. A menu full of fresh and seasonal flavors, also available in a vegetarian version. I look forward to seeing you for an authentic culinary experience!
My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful experience learning how to make 2x tortellini dishes. Grazia is a welcoming and passionate chef, with an amazing home kitchen/garden. This is an experience we wont forget. The classes are kept small, relaxed and homely with lots of chats. I can’t forget to mention sitting outside in the garden with the special tiramisu and local wine at the end ♥️

I welcome guests to our family farmhouse, nestled in the wonderful Tuscan hills, where we have a very well equipped professional kitchen, a vegetable garden and a wonderful garden!"
