Anna and Stefano were excellent instructors. Even better, they were the best hosts imaginable. The ease of conversation from the very beginning made my partner and I feel like we've always belonged in their gorgeous, large, and very unique home. (The living room used to be a stable many, many years ago but has been renovated and incorporated into the residence.) This felt more like cooking alongside dear friends with lots of easy laughter throughout the evening. You won't find a better way to spend your time in Tuscany than right here!

Our experience with Ana and Stefano was truly amazing. The cooking bar was a lot of fun and very educational, but the hospitality of our host was world class. The exchanges were sincere and the food was great. The best experience of our vacation in Italy. Grazie mille!

From the moment we arrived, Anna and Stefano welcomed us into their beautiful Tuscan home with such warmth that we instantly felt like part of the family. The setting itself was a beautifully restored period house in the countryside, but it was the genuine kindness of Anna and her husband that truly made the experience unforgettable. Anna patiently guided us through making two different types of pasta and tiramisu, explaining each step in a way that felt approachable and fun, no matter your skill level. After preparing the dough and dessert, we were treated to an appetizer of local traditional meats and the most delicious and beautiful focaccia bread—almost too beautiful to eat. It looked like a piece of art, and tasted AMAZING! What made this experience so special was how it felt less like a formal cooking class and more like an evening spent cooking together with family. The laughter, conversation, and shared love of food created such a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. It was one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after it’s over. If you’re in Tuscany, this is something you absolutely shouldn’t miss.

If I could leave 10 stars and more I would! When asked for allergies, I said I was gluten free. Anna then prepared the entire, most incredible dinner, gluten free! It was such a joy for me to have amazing Italian food that I could eat and not only that, have it be the most amazing dinner you could imagine. Stefano erased our problem of returning to the top of our hill town in the dark and not only that, made the entire trip a very engaging conversation. Their home is gorgeous, they are a beautiful couple, and it was the best evening in Italy we have had and this is our fourth trip here. What more can I say, you are missing an incredible experience if you don’t have one of Anna’s dinners!
