Our family of 3 had the most amazing experience with Anna & Stefano. They opened their beautiful home to us and made us feel like family from the beginning. Anna taught us the techniques of cooking while Stefano made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The moments of sitting in their living room and around the dining table will be remembered forever. The conversations about family and life really made it feel special. Our 16 year old son had a wonderful time learning to make the pasta and being next to Anna learning her techniques. When we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. When we come back to this region we will definitely connect with Anna & Stefano for another class.

I highly recommend doing this pasta making class. It was such a fun and memorable experience. Anna and her husband were so kind and welcoming. My friend and I did this together and had a great time. Anna showed us how to make 2 pastas and tiramisu. She showed us her techniques and was also very patient. Halfway through while we waited for our pasta to dry and dessert to set we had wine and an appetizer which was a beautiful focaccia that she had made earlier. and then chatted a while. Once the pasta was ready we sat down to a beautiful table that was set and got to eat what we made. It was delicious!! I can’t wait to make these recipes for my family.

Anna and Stefano were excellent instructors. Even better, they were the best hosts imaginable. The ease of conversation from the very beginning made my partner and I feel like we've always belonged in their gorgeous, large, and very unique home. (The living room used to be a stable many, many years ago but has been renovated and incorporated into the residence.) This felt more like cooking alongside dear friends with lots of easy laughter throughout the evening. You won't find a better way to spend your time in Tuscany than right here!

Our experience with Ana and Stefano was truly amazing. The cooking bar was a lot of fun and very educational, but the hospitality of our host was world class. The exchanges were sincere and the food was great. The best experience of our vacation in Italy. Grazie mille!
