Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We invite you to spend a special afternoon at our organic farm. Depending on the season, you’ll have the chance to stroll through the vegetable garden and aromatic herb garden, cook in a panoramic, air-conditioned kitchen, and end the evening with dinner on the terrace overlooking Montepulciano at sunset.

Cesarino Pierpaolo offers a cooking class in an intimate setting, reserved for small groups. Together with him, you’ll prepare some of the dishes that will be served at dinner and enjoyed all together.

During the meal, Pierpaolo will guide you through the preparation of each dish, explaining techniques, timing, and presentation.

At the end of the experience, you’ll receive a recipe booklet featuring traditional Tuscan family dishes.
