From my vegetable patch to the table: let’s cook together

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Using locally sourced produce, we’ll bring the flavours of traditional Tuscan country cooking to the table.

We’ll prepare bruschetta with tomatoes dressed in excellent Tuscan olive oil, accompanied by samples of fine pecorino cheese from our region. We’ll continue with handmade tagliatelle dressed with aglione (a typical Sienese sauce) or Tuscan ragù, and finally we’ll make a delicious tiramisu. We will enjoy it all, weather permitting, on our terrace overlooking the hills and the Crete Senesi, with a magnificent view of Siena. All this will be accompanied by a glass of fine wine and good company.
