The Panforte Factory was founded in the mid-1990s to pursue the challenging but realistic goal of making the traditional sweets of Siena and Tuscany (panforte, ricciarelli and cantucci Igp as well as cavallucci, amaretti, etc.) known with production at the level of excellence and superior quality.
