Welcome to my Tuscan kitchen! I’ll take you on a journey through the flavours of home. We’ll start with a bruschetta topped with sausage and stracchino cheese, a rustic and tasty starter, perfect for getting the meal off to a delicious start. We’ll continue with fried donzelle, soft bites of leavened dough served warm, accompanied by typical cured meats and cheeses: an authentic taste of the convivial Tuscan tradition.

We’ll then get our hands dirty to prepare soft and delicate potato gnocchi together, which we’ll serve with a rich and fragrant meat sauce or, when in season, with a fresh and aromatic black cabbage pesto. We’ll finish on a sweet note with the classic torta della nonna: the perfect finale to a menu that celebrates the flavours of home and the most sincere traditions.

We had a fantastic experience with the course where we learned how to make homemade Pizza, focaccia, pasta frolla, panini al.latte and we share a really nice day in company of Diana and her husband. Diana not only made us prepare all these delicious dishes (that we afterwards took with is since we were not able to stay over dinner after the course) but also gave us lots of tips and ideas for our future home experience. I really recommend it! Thank you Diana and Alessandro!!

Le mie lezioni possono svolgersi nella mia accogliente casa in aperta campagna, immersa nella bellezza delle colline del Chianti, oppure direttamente presso le strutture in cui soggiornano gli ospiti. Amo creare un’atmosfera autentica e conviviale, in cui ogni partecipante non solo impara a cucinare, ma vive un’esperienza che ricorderà per sempre.
