Cooking class in the Tuscan countryside, at one of the most beautiful villas of the 1600s, for a unique culinary experience of Italian tradition!
We will welcome you by offering a cup of Italian-style coffee made with "moka", you will be guided through the property, the vineyard, and pick fresh vegetables (seasonal: not guaranteed from November to April) and herbs in our garden. We’ll tell you the story of our Villa and how we produce wine and Evo Oil.
You will cook a full menu according to the ancient traditions of Puglia, southern Italy, Lulù’s place of origin, including antipasto, homemade pasta, and dessert! You will use Lulù's grandmother's ancient recipes. You will put your "hands in the dough," preparing your lunch, which you will enjoy overlooking the garden, with our wine!

- Instructor was very informative and sweet. We loved the food and learned so much.
- My family of four were hosted by Lucrezia and Christina for a private pasta-making class and the experience was magical. The setting, an old farmhouse nestled into the Tuscan vineyards that provided our wine for the evening, was breathtaking. Lucrezia was warm and welcoming, and both she and Christina were excellent instructors. We gathered our ingredients from the property’s garden and then made two types of bruschetta, a zucchini salad, two types of pasta, and tiramisu for dessert. Lucrezia and Christina kept all of us engaged, laughing and learning the whole way through. Highly recommend this experience!

Cesarina from 2023Location: Florence Languages: Italian and EnglishCooking is my greatest passion. I learned from a young age within my family, and I love sharing recipes and the old culinary traditions of my homeland, Puglia, along with those of Tuscany. I like to tell the story of certain dishes we cook, how they were created, and the history behind them. Seeing people enjoying themselves in my kitchen fills me with joy, and my goal is to leave them with something they can take with them. I offer my guests round-trip transfer from Florence to Barberino Tavarnelle.
