Welcome to my kitchen, in the green Tuscan Hills just a stone's throw from San Gimignano.
In my house besides learning all the tricks about leavened doughs, pizza, focaccie, etc. you will also learn Italian. We will make pizza dough and also dough for bomboloni, this if my husband Max who is the house pastry chef will be there. I expect you not only to cook but also to dance and sing.

- Wir hatten eine tolle und lehrreiche Zeit bei Bina. Bina und ihr Ehemann sind phantastische und sehr sympatische Personen, die uns in die Künste der Pastaherstellung eingeführt haben. Meine Kinder waren begeistert und werden noch lange darüber reden. Binas Küche und Garten sind mit Liebe und Leidenschaft eingerichtet und gefüllt zwischen Olivenhainen und Rebbergen. Ein schönes Erlebnis und sehr zu empfehlen.
- Oh my goodness! What can I say? I’ve never had this much fun cooking. We sang, we danced, we laughed and oh yeah, we cooked! Bina and Massimo made our evening so much fun and we felt very welcome in their kitchen. The food was creative, authentic and most importantly delicious! I do have one recommendation though if you’re going to book with Bina (and you should). Don’t eat two days before the class, you will not walk away hungry 😋
- We had an amazing time with Bina and Massimo, they are such fun people and make sure you have a good time. The food was amazing, we made pizza, tiramisu, donuts and a lot of different types of pasta. It was an unforgettable experience and I would recommend it to anyone! We went home with a full stomach and a happy feeling :)

Bina creates such a lovely experience, with her husband, Massimo, by teaching many different recipes and encouraging your involvement and memory of the recipes. Expect to have fun, sing, dance, cook, learn and eat a lot of amazing food!
- L’esperienza con Bina è semplicemente fantastica! Non solo si cucina, ma si balla, si canta e ci si conosce a fondo. Si imparano tante ricette e trucchi per preparare pizza, ficattole, vari tipi di pasta e tiramisù! È impossibile finire tutto quello che si prepara! Bina e suo marito Massimo sono persone davvero straordinarie: con loro il divertimento è garantito e la scoperta della cucina toscana diventa un viaggio indimenticabile.
