Enjoy panoramic views of the Tuscan hills as we welcome you into our home to savor delicious local produce. We will begin with a selection of typical cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by bruschetta with fragrant porcini mushrooms and fett'unta, all dressed with our local olive oil. Together, we will prepare "gnudi," a traditional fresh pasta made with ricotta and spinach, au gratin in the oven with tasty porcini mushrooms. To conclude, we will delight you with castagnaccio, a Tuscan dessert made with chestnut flour, raisins, walnuts and pine nuts, which is a true local delicacy. It will be a culinary experience that will leave you with an indelible memory of the authentic flavors of Tuscany. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this experience with you.

We had a wonderful experience with Lara, Daniel and her family. We started off with some bread and fresh olive oil- amazing the quality of the oil- it had just been pressed yesterday. The tiramisu we made was so easy but wonderful. They taught us how to make ravioli and pici. It was an unbelievable meal! The ravioli were stuffed with local porcini mushrooms and ricotta. She cooked them in a zucchini sauce that was great! The pici was cooked with a ham and salami tomato sauce - it was delicious. We had local white and red wine with the meal - a great treat! This was a great first day in Tuscany! Would highly recommend it and the next time we are in Tuscany we will get with Lara and Daniel again- it was just a special evening with wonderful hospitality in a gorgeous setting.

We enjoyed a beautiful meal with in a lovely home with Lara and her family. They prepared Tiramisu, Gnudi, and porcini mushroom risotto. The porcini season was in full swing and they were picked from the woods near to Lara's home. She also prepared a beautiful charcuterie board for our aperitivo. We highly recommend spending time with Lara!
