We will begin with a selection of typical cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by bruschetta with fragrant porcini mushrooms and fett'unta, all dressed with our local olive oil. Together, we will prepare "gnudi," a traditional fresh pasta made with ricotta and spinach, au gratin in the oven with tasty porcini mushrooms. To conclude, we will delight you with castagnaccio, a Tuscan dessert made with chestnut flour, raisins, walnuts and pine nuts, which is a true local delicacy. It will be a culinary experience that will leave you with an indelible memory of the authentic flavors of Tuscany. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this experience with you.
