I will open the doors of my home to you, among the hills of Tuscan Chianti, where we will discover together the secrets of cooking made with love. In spring and summer we will cook under the patio, surrounded by nature, preparing tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, agnolotti and much more. And at the end, a special moment awaits us: music, singing, dancing and lots of laughter. A genuine experience of flavors, emotions and sharing. I look forward to experiencing all this with you.

: On our recent visit to Tuscany, my daughter and I booked a cooking class with the wonderful Bina. We both agree that it was by far the best experience of our trip! Bina and her wonderful husband Massimo welcomed us into their home and treated us as if we were old friends. Wine was poured, and the fun began. We began with a very detailed explanation of how to prepare a wonderful tiramisu — or as Bina liked to call it — Binamisu! It was fun and, when it came down to later eating it, it was absolutely delicious. We were then shown how to prepare different types of pasta from scratch, from preparing the dough and rolling it by hand (so fun) to creating the different types of pasta. We also got to make a heart-shaped pizza, which was a delightful surprise. When it came down to all of us finally sitting down to eat all the delicious foods we prepared, it couldn’t have been a more warm and welcoming experience. There was more wine, and laughter, and even some singing. It felt as if we could have stayed all night, that’s how warm and welcoming our hosts were. If you want to take away not just how to prepare some dishes, but to have a memorable and delightful experience, with two of the nicest people you could ever want to meet, then book your class with Bina and Massimo. You will be extremely happy (and full!) An absolutely wonderful experience!!

: My wife and I took Bina’s cooking class during our honeymoon. Her and her husband Massimo were incredibly kind and hospitable. We learned how to make many different pastas, tiramisu, and some Italian appetizers as well. All the food was spectacular so make sure that you come hungry. They both speak fairly good English but at times needed to use google translate. However, this did not take away from the experience or fun at all. Highly recommend!
: My husband and I took a cooking class with Bina on our honeymoon. We found the class originally because we wanted to learn to make our favorite treat — tiramisu. Our goal was not only met and we made the best tiramisu we had ever had, but we learned to make fun pasta shapes, pizza, and ficattole. We laughed, danced (county line dancing to be exact), sang songs, and made amazing memories. Bina and her daughter Eliza, who helped translate for us, were rays of sunshine and delight. We are so excited to recreate the dishes we learned in our home in the USA and for our friends. Our class with Bina was our favorite part of our honeymoon.
