Welcome to an experience that goes beyond just a cooking class. Not only will you learn how to prepare fresh pasta and traditional recipes, but you will be welcomed as one of the family, in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
I will open the doors of my home to you, among the hills of Tuscan Chianti, where we will discover together the secrets of cooking made with love. In spring and summer we will cook under the patio, surrounded by nature, preparing tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, agnolotti and much more. And at the end, a special moment awaits us: music, singing, dancing and lots of laughter. A genuine experience of flavors, emotions and sharing. I look forward to experiencing all this with you.

- Abbiamo partecipato al corso di cucina di pasta con Bina e suo marito Massimo nella loro incantevole casetta a Montaione – un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa! Abbiamo imparato a preparare diversi tipi di pasta fatta in casa e, per finire in dolcezza, un tiramisù squisito. L'atmosfera era calda e accogliente, piena di risate e condivisione – proprio come una tipica serata italiana tra amici e famiglia. Consigliatissimo!
- A very lovely evening with the warm-hearted Bina and her charming husband. We learned a lot about making pasta and tiramisu. The dinner was fantastic. My sons were very happy during and after the event.
- Wir hatten eine tolle und lehrreiche Zeit bei Bina. Bina und ihr Ehemann sind phantastische und sehr sympatische Personen, die uns in die Künste der Pastaherstellung eingeführt haben. Meine Kinder waren begeistert und werden noch lange darüber reden. Binas Küche und Garten sind mit Liebe und Leidenschaft eingerichtet und gefüllt zwischen Olivenhainen und Rebbergen. Ein schönes Erlebnis und sehr zu empfehlen.
- Oh my goodness! What can I say? I’ve never had this much fun cooking. We sang, we danced, we laughed and oh yeah, we cooked! Bina and Massimo made our evening so much fun and we felt very welcome in their kitchen. The food was creative, authentic and most importantly delicious! I do have one recommendation though if you’re going to book with Bina (and you should). Don’t eat two days before the class, you will not walk away hungry 😋
- We had an amazing time with Bina and Massimo, they are such fun people and make sure you have a good time. The food was amazing, we made pizza, tiramisu, donuts and a lot of different types of pasta. It was an unforgettable experience and I would recommend it to anyone! We went home with a full stomach and a happy feeling :)
