My husband and I had the pleasure of participating in a wonderful hands-on cooking class overlooking beautiful Lake Como. Our hostess and instructor, Patrizia, was incredibly kind and gracious, as well as an excellent teacher. Our class was a small group of just three couples, which made the experience feel very personal. Patrizia made sure everyone had the opportunity to participate as we prepared two different types of pasta and tiramisu, and the intimate group size allowed her to give each of us plenty of individual attention. After we finished cooking, Patrizia invited us to relax at a beautifully set table in her picturesque garden overlooking the lake, where we enjoyed the meal we had prepared together. I would highly recommend Patrizia’s class to anyone looking for an authentic, hands-on Italian cooking experience in a truly beautiful setting!
