Hi from Bina!

"I am a Calabrese living in Tuscany who has always been passionate about cooking. I love to cook everything, I really like to give a touch of creativity to dishes and despite cooking Tuscan dishes I always put an imprint of my Calabresita '."

Seven friends. One unforgettable evening in Tuscany. We came to Bina’s cooking class as a mix of seasoned home chefs, passionate bakers, and takeout queens — and somehow, she managed to meet each of us exactly where we were. Set against a dreamy backdrop of vineyards and the open Tuscan sky, her kitchen felt more like a vibrant art studio filled with color, warmth, and laughter. From the moment we arrived, greeted with local wine and heartfelt smiles, the experience felt both welcoming and elevated. We started with pasta dough from scratch — a hands-on lesson layered with laughs and techniques we’ll be using for years. While the dough rested, we turned to focaccia, loading it with fresh local ingredients while Bina’s husband, a master baker in his own right, played the perfect sous chef and host. Then came the tiramisu — rich, indulgent, and surprisingly easy to recreate. A little dancing, some wine, a taste (or three) of our freshly baked focaccia, and then it was time to shape our pasta. Bina didn’t just teach us how to cook — she invited us to play, create, and enjoy. My tortellini may have looked more abstract than elegant, but we all felt like artists in the process. We ended the night with a long, laughter-filled dinner under the Tuscan sunset, savoring the dishes we had made and the memories we’d just created. If you’re looking for more than a cooking class — something soulful, joyful, and rooted in Italian hospitality — this is it.

Consigliatissimo!

A very lovely evening with the warm-hearted Bina and her charming husband. We learned a lot about making pasta and tiramisu. The dinner was fantastic. My sons were very happy during and after the event.

Bina and her husband Massimo not only taught us how to make pasta and many other dishes but gave us an experience that i feel its a once in a lifetime! They truly made us feel like family. It was completely hands on. We prepared food, ate, prepared more food, ate again, then cooked some more. Including dessert and coffee and wine. It was remarkably. You Will love it. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
