: Allora! We were personally met by Lesh, Bina's Head of Security. Once he cleared us through, Bina and her husband and co-culinary artist Massimo welcomed us to Gastronomy Italiano Lezione Uno. All Things Foccacia was already in progress; the wine started flowing, as did Italian music. One can only focus properly when Andrea Bocelli is singing in the background, raising our spirits as well as causing dancing to break out as we created a multitude of pizzas, spinach ravioli, fettucine and tiramisu. Bina's cucinare skills are only surpassed by her singing and dancing. One must be well rested prior to this Lezione; Bina and Massimo are wonderful; and Lesh will help relieve you of stress......as well as any formaggio....
: We booked this course with Bina and Massimo. No review can make them justice. By far, one of our best moments ever! Bina and Massimo presented us with godlike food and such a great spirit. We started with 2 types of pizza, one with sausage and other with mozarella and ham. 10/5 * ! We then tried the ficattola filled with sundried tomatoes, real ricotta, and mortadella and salami. 15/5* ! Bina and Massimo made sure we wouldn’t leave hungry, so they kept on bringing more food. So, the pasta dish: pici al ragu toscano. 20/5* ! By then, we thought it was over. But Bina thought differently. So, she brought us the best pork loin we ever had. 30/5* ! At this stage, we remembered the tiramisu we made before starting the feast. But, Bina and Massimo thought a bit of sorbetto al limone needed to come before. 40/5* ! As a side to the sorbetto she presented us with homemade limoncello. 50/5* ! We did finish eventually. We ended with a walk around the fields, because we had a lot of food. Bina and Massimo do take really good care of you. Ah! With so much food we almost forget to mention the wine. White, Red, they will give you a better wine than you can ever expect. 100/5* ! We are hugely grateful for the time and the moments we had with both of them. One piece of advice: if Bina says she is only having the tiramisu, brace yourselves for what is to come.
