Your experience

Immerse yourself in the enchanting colors of the Tuscan hills in autumn, it's a breathtaking sight. Every corner here holds a new discovery, and that’s why an experience with me, Cesarina Bina, is truly unique and unforgettable. Together, we'll prepare succulent wild boar accompanied by creamy polenta, and have fun creating rustic crostini with mushrooms, as well as others topped with black cabbage and beans. To finish on a sweet note, we’ll bake a delicious jam tart, or perhaps even whip up the famous Tuscan cantuccini. I’ll be delighted to share all the secrets for perfect marination and cooking of wild boar, along with special tips on the use of spices and vegetables. And of course, my usual joyfulness won’t be missing! With me, every moment is the right one to dance and sing together!

Seven friends. One unforgettable evening in Tuscany. We came to Bina’s cooking class as a mix of seasoned home chefs, passionate bakers, and takeout queens — and somehow, she managed to meet each of us exactly where we were. Set against a dreamy backdrop of vineyards and the open Tuscan sky, her kitchen felt more like a vibrant art studio filled with color, warmth, and laughter. From the moment we arrived, greeted with local wine and heartfelt smiles, the experience felt both welcoming and elevated. We started with pasta dough from scratch — a hands-on lesson layered with laughs and techniques we’ll be using for years. While the dough rested, we turned to focaccia, loading it with fresh local ingredients while Bina’s husband, a master baker in his own right, played the perfect sous chef and host. Then came the tiramisu — rich, indulgent, and surprisingly easy to recreate. A little dancing, some wine, a taste (or three) of our freshly baked focaccia, and then it was time to shape our pasta. Bina didn’t just teach us how to cook — she invited us to play, create, and enjoy. My tortellini may have looked more abstract than elegant, but we all felt like artists in the process. We ended the night with a long, laughter-filled dinner under the Tuscan sunset, savoring the dishes we had made and the memories we’d just created. If you’re looking for more than a cooking class — something soulful, joyful, and rooted in Italian hospitality — this is it.

Consigliatissimo!

A very lovely evening with the warm-hearted Bina and her charming husband. We learned a lot about making pasta and tiramisu. The dinner was fantastic. My sons were very happy during and after the event.

Oh my goodness! What can I say? I’ve never had this much fun cooking. We sang, we danced, we laughed and oh yeah, we cooked! Bina and Massimo made our evening so much fun and we felt very welcome in their kitchen. The food was creative, authentic and most importantly delicious! I do have one recommendation though if you’re going to book with Bina (and you should). Don’t eat two days before the class, you will not walk away hungry 😋
