We start with a rustic and genuine appetizer, a board of Tuscan ham and salami accompanied by crostini with fresh cherry tomatoes and a glass of local km 0 wine, for an authentic experience. We move on to a traditional first course, handmade pici, freshly prepared and seasoned according to typical Tuscan recipes that enhance fresh pasta. To conclude, a dessert with an enveloping flavor: mascarpone cream with Vin Santo served with brigidini from Lamporecchio, crispy and anise-scented. A journey into the flavors of Tuscany.

My cuisine is traditionally Tuscan, and I love sharing the culinary traditions of my region with guests. I enjoy teaching them how to make handmade pici, Chianti spaghetti, coccole with prosciutto and stracchino, as well as delicious appetizers with crostini and local cheeses.
