Your experience
  • Mixed bruschetta
  • Tortelli from Pescia (Tuscan stuffed pasta)
  • Tiramisu with strawberries

We are located in Pescia, a charming town in the Tuscan hills, near Pinocchio Park and the famous Montecatini spa. In this course we will learn how to prepare three typical local dishes. We start with mixed bruschetta, enriched with fresh, seasonal ingredients. We continue with tortelli pesciatini, stuffed with Chianina meat, fresh eggs, Parmesan cheese and bay leaves, served with a ragu rich with garden herbs. To finish, a fresh and mouth-watering dessert: strawberry tiramisu. A journey into the authentic flavors of Tuscany awaits you!

I transformed my country villa into an oasis of organic production, growing fresh vegetables and managing a chicken coop to ensure zero-kilometer, high-quality food. My passion for cooking comes from my family of chefs and was further strengthened by my training at the Montecatini hospitality school and my experience in the restaurant industry. I organize events for friends and family, including parties for my children, where the success of my dishes is proven by the many requests for seconds!
