I will welcome you to my home within the family nursery, where I will have the pleasure of sharing with you traditional, easy and delicious recipes. During our meeting, I will guide you step by step in the preparation of authentic dishes. You will learn how to make egg pasta with a delicious ricotta, Parmesan and spinach filling, experimenting with different shapes that you can enjoy with a simple dressing of butter and fresh garden sage. In addition, I will reveal the secret to creating a truly original sweet mousse using extra virgin olive oil. The final choice will be yours: you can enjoy the freshly prepared dishes right in my kitchen or opt to take them home to enjoy at a later time.

- I really enjoyed this class at Luisa’s lovely home. She was so sweet and accommodating to my daughter and I, offering a special fish dish since I do not eat meat. There was a special garlic and a goat cheese from the farm too that was delicious. Her directions to make simple homemade pasta was spot on and she even lit a candle with dessert to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. I would highly recommend this class.
- Luvi was such a gracious and welcoming host. I was the only one that evening and she made me feel at home as we chatted about the recipes and the history of each. It was like having dinner with a great friend, over wine and great conversation. I highly recommend Luvi, Cesarine, if you are ever in Florence, Pistoia area. I welcome the day that I return.
