Your experience

    I will welcome you to my home within the family nursery, where I will have the pleasure of sharing with you traditional, easy and delicious recipes. During our meeting, I will guide you step by step in the preparation of authentic dishes. You will learn how to make egg pasta with a delicious ricotta, Parmesan and spinach filling, experimenting with different shapes that you can enjoy with a simple dressing of butter and fresh garden sage. In addition, I will reveal the secret to creating a truly original sweet mousse using extra virgin olive oil. The final choice will be yours: you can enjoy the freshly prepared dishes right in my kitchen or opt to take them home to enjoy at a later time.
