There is no best way to make bread but the way that best suits your disposition, your lifestyle.You will only need an electric oven, some utensils and a few basic rules and in a few hours you will taste your own bread.
During this course, suitable for any age, we will make Tuscan schiacciata and thin pizza without yeast.You can do this with me and once in your homes, create and taste your own bread, in just 3 hours. During the class you will be given general information about Italian and foreign baking, you will knead and learn tricks and secrets about doughs, baking, shapes and textures. You will be given handouts with information and recipes for the two breads in the class. At the end you will either enjoy them with me or take them home with you.

- Mi è stata regalata questa lezione di pasta all’uovo per il mio compleanno. Devo dire che più che lezione è stata una esperienza. Luisa, oltre a spiegare e farci vedere come si realizza la pasta all’uovo, ci ha raccontato anedotti e svelato trucchetti su come riuscire al meglio in questa arte.
- From the moment we entered Luisa’s beautiful kitchen we felt like old friends. She started with sharing stories of her family and then her love of cooking. It was so easy to just start cooking. The pastas were perfect. She unlocked for us the mystery of making delicious and traditionally shaped pasta. Then we sat down and enjoyed a amazing meal and many more stories. Luisa gave us precious memories of our time in Pistoia and the gift of pasta making that’swe will be sharing with our grandchildren when we return home. We look forward to coming back to Pistoia and having another evening with our new friend.
- Everything about the experience was first class. Luisa was very friendly and shared many of her family traditions and experiences in cooking. We learned so me neat tricks of the trade that will be used in our cooking. Definitely worth doing.
- Wat een leuke ochtend. Samen met Luisa 3 soorten pasta gemaakt. Wat het zo bijzonder maakt om bij Luisa de workshop te volgen, is dat je volledig meegenomen wordt in de familietraditie en ook nog de geschiedenis hoort van het familiebedrijf, de kwekerij. Erg interessant en boeiend. Dank je wel Luisa.

In the green, but a few kilometers from the station and the Piazza del Duomo. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome.
