There is no "best" way to make bread, but rather the way that best suits your personality and lifestyle. All you need is an electric oven, a few utensils, and a few basic rules: in just a few hours, you can taste your homemade bread. During this course, suitable for all ages, we will prepare Tuscan schiacciata and thin pizza without yeast. You can do it with me and, once you get home, create and enjoy your own bread in just 3 hours. During the lesson, you will receive general information on Italian and foreign bread making, knead dough, and learn tricks and secrets about dough, baking, shapes, and textures. You will be provided with handouts containing all the information and recipes for the two types of bread prepared during the course.

We took a fantastic cooking workshop with Luisa! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt welcome in her authentic Italian kitchen. Luisa is an incredibly friendly and hospitable woman who speaks with great passion about Italian cuisine and her family. Throughout the session, she shared fun stories and facts from the past, which made the workshop extra special. Everything was prepared to perfection, allowing us to make delicious fresh pasta ourselves in a relaxed atmosphere. It was not only educational but, above all, incredibly cozy. We had a wonderful evening and wholeheartedly recommend this cooking workshop to anyone in the area. A unique and atmospheric experience that truly completes your holiday!

Nina & Daphne -

We had a wonderful afternoon at Luisa's cooking class. So do not hesitate to book. Luisa is a warm and welcoming host who taught us a lot about making pasta. It felt special to be in her home and meet her lovely dog Summer. In total, we made three different types of pasta. We will certainly try to recreate this at home. Luisa's instructions were clear, and she also provided us with information to review later. Thank you, Luisa, for a fun afternoon that ended with a delicious pasta meal.

Family from The Netherlands -

What a fabulous morning in this lovely lady’s beautiful home learning how to make pasta. My needs were thoughtfully accommodated (wheelchair user). My grown up son and I had an experience to treasure. Highly recommended

We love the place, the house, the information, Luiza! There was so much time for making the pasta, eating and having nice conversations,,,, feels like we’re quests! Our advice: just do it!

Emile & Carmen -

Luisa, a very kind and helpful hostess, welcomed us into her home and shared some of her knowledge with us. At the end, we cooked together with her and concluded the wonderful morning with a good lunch, good wine, and lots of conversation. An experience to absolutely be had.

"I was born in Romagna, but now after more than 35 years in Pistoia my home is Tuscany. In the green, but a few kilometers from the station and the Piazza del Duomo. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome. I love to make homemade pasta, bake bread, cook the classic desserts of the tradition."
