Wednesday? Evening get-together! I'll be waiting for you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing!
Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.) : -12/17: tagliatelle ala carrettiera -1/28: Tuscan bread crostini with chicken liver pâté Together we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine. The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when you book. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

From the hearty scottiglia to the delicate baccalà with leeks, the flavorful spaghetti alla Trabaccolara to the aromatic peposo, every dish is a journey through the culinary traditions of Tuscany. The testaroli and ribollita, in particular, offer unique gustatory experiences that I would love to share, providing an authentic taste of Tuscan delights to anyone who joins my table.
