I have lived in Florence for 30 years, but I was born in the south of France. Cooking has always been a great passion for me, so much so that I decided to open the doors of my home to people who wish to have an original culinary experience.
In this experience you will be able to enjoy dishes made in the Tuscan tradition with some little push towards gourmet, eating meals within a cozy and informal environment. Dinner will be prepared and served in a beautiful, panoramic city setting, overlooking the Florentine hills and the snow-capped peaks of Abetone. Three courses will be offered: mixed Tuscan crostini (black, red, and lardo di colonnata with honey butter), homemade fresh egg pasta with meat sauce, and tiramisu.
