From here, the view over Florence is simply enchanting. The kitchen is my world, a place that fills me with joy and good mood. I enjoy experimenting, always in search of the perfect recipe. I invite you to spend a unique and authentic culinary experience in a familiar and relaxed environment. You will taste the flavors of Tuscany, hear the stories behind each dish, and take home a piece of this splendid city. : While we had high expectations and excitement for this event, the experience Cecilia provided far exceeded those expectations. First, she’s warm and inviting to her home, but her passion and enthusiasm in sharing her family recipes and techniques made us feel like life-long friends. Cecilia welcomed us into her lovely home, and both entertained and educated us on the art of Italian cooking. : It can be nerve wracking going into someone else’s home to learn a new skill, but with Cecilia we immediately felt comfortable and were excited to get started! She was an excellent teacher, gave all of us opportunities to practice the techniques, and everything we made was incredibly delicious. Most of all, we enjoyed getting to know Cecilia and spend time sharing stories. She was warm, generous, passionate and funny! And to top it all off, she has the most beautiful home with stunning views of the city!

I’m constantly on the lookout for the perfect recipe, and when I find it I guard it as though it was a treasure chest!”.
