  • Fried pumpkin flowers and sage leaves
  • Gnudi (homemade pasta) with butter, sage and parmesan
  • Pork loin with rosmary potatoes and rocket salad
  • Cantucci (traditional biscuits) and Vin Santo

This menu has been inspired by the place where I live, immersed in nature but only 15 minutes from the city center. In my organic garden, I grow aromatic herbs such as sage and rosemary, which make my dishes particularly tasty.

For the first course, gnudi, whose preparation you will witness, I use ricotta cheese sourced from producers in Mugello, known for its excellent dairy products. The Arista, a delightful Florentine specialty, has a very interesting story about the origin of its name, which I will be happy to share with my guests. For all dishes on this menu, I use only organic extra virgin olive oil, produced by myself. I look forward to welcoming you into my home, set in a typical Tuscan atmosphere, with views from my garden over the Florentine hills.

I am a true food lover, and my passion for cooking is even greater! My specialty mainly lies in Italian dishes, with a particular emphasis on Tuscan tradition. However, having lived in various European countries, I also demonstrate skill in preparing international dishes. Among my standout creations are: pappa al pomodoro, gnudi, ribollita, arista, sausages with beans, Florentine steak, gratinated anchovies. For those with a sweet tooth, I offer ricciarelli, cantuccini, strudel, and a variety of cookies. Each dish is a tribute to the richness of our gastronomy.
