I am a true food lover, and my passion for cooking is even greater! My specialty mainly lies in Italian dishes, with a particular emphasis on Tuscan tradition. However, having lived in various European countries, I also demonstrate skill in preparing international dishes.Among my standout creations are: pappa al pomodoro, gnudi, ribollita, arista, sausages with beans, Florentine steak, gratinated anchovies. For those with a sweet tooth, I offer ricciarelli, cantuccini, strudel, and a variety of cookies. Each dish is a tribute to the richness of our gastronomy.
