"Cooking has always been part of me: my grandparents were very good cooks and I always liked cooking with them. Over time I have refined the technique, experimenting and studying a lot. My house is very colorful, welcoming, with a kitchen and a dining room designed by me to be welcoming, practical and functional".

- We had a great time with Luca! He is a very personable host and an excellent cook. I would have liked to spend a bit more time actually shopping for the food in the market and for him to have had a few less components of the meal pre-prepared; however, he explained what he'd done, and it was delicious! Luca also indulged with me by providing recommendations for products I wanted as gifts (olive oil, wine) and took me to a most wonderful wine shop on our way to the class location, where he facilitated my purchase with the staff. All in all, a fabulous experience!
- Definitely a highlight of our trip to Tuscany. This is a real deal cooking class. It's hands on and Luca is your teacher. He will give you more than any book will teach you. More importantly, you can see that Luca loves family and he was the perfect host for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it.
- We had an amazing time at Luca’s home and cooking lab! We learned to make 3 different recipes and enjoyed the meal with Luca and his family. His passion for cooking was obvious and he ensured that we were following along and could get involved with understanding important points in order to remake the recipe when at our home. Highly recommend taking a class with Luca! The food was also delicious!

- This was a highlight of our trip to Florence. Luca was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time preparing two types of fresh pasta, homemade tiramisu and sitting down and eating the meal we prepared with him. We would highly recommend this cooking experience.
