Renata’s farm house is immersed in the vineyards of the Val di Sieve, in the village of Pontassieve.Renata is a passionate cook: she prepares dishes with ingredients from her farm, strictly organic. Her recipes follow the Tuscan tradition, with vegetarian and vegan influences. "I will be pleased to show you round the farm and guide you in the tastings of our produce, especially our extra virgin olive oil."
