Renata’s farm house is immersed in the vineyards of the Val di Sieve, in the village of Pontassieve.Renata is a passionate cook: she prepares dishes with ingredients from her farm, strictly organic. Her recipes follow the Tuscan tradition, with vegetarian and vegan influences. "I will be pleased to show you round the farm and guide you in the tastings of our produce, especially our extra virgin olive oil."

- Renata was a very wonderful host and teacher. She welcomed me into her home and taught me some good recipes that will be easy to replicate at home aswell. The food was very tasty. She is easy to talk to and made sure I had a good experience. She was well prepared. Eventhough I was by myself, unexpectedly, she made me feel at ease and I had a good time.
