Very young Florentine cook, lover of the flavors that his own land offers. I have multiple experiences within Michelin-starred restaurants. I attended Alma, the "International School of Italian Cuisine," a school that allowed me to learn technique, discipline, and how to share the love for cooking with others.My dream is to be able to transmit the essence of my cuisine, of the cuisine of grandmothers, and of good food.What I have envisioned for my activity within the Cesarine is a cuisine of quality, using local and seasonal ingredients.
