I love cooking and I want to extend my family table to include more guests. My culinary focus revolves around traditional Tuscan dishes, each telling a story of generous lands and enveloping flavors. From the hearty scottiglia to the delicate baccalà with leeks, the flavorful spaghetti alla Trabaccolara to the aromatic peposo, every dish is a journey through the culinary traditions of Tuscany.
