I am a doctor by profession, but my true passion has always been cooking. I have a deep love for traditional dishes, which I believe are a heritage worth preserving, yet I also enjoy reinterpreting them, bringing new life to ancient flavors. In my kitchen, I prioritize fresh, locally sourced ingredients, carefully selected to ensure not only great taste but also quality and health. My cooking ranges from quick, fresh dishes, perfect for those with little time, to more elaborate recipes that require patience but yield great satisfaction. I carry with me two rich culinary traditions: those of Campania and Calabria, which I hold dear and reflect in my recipes. Additionally, after living in Florence for many years, I've had the privilege of discovering and embracing many Tuscan delicacies. The result is a cuisine rich in history and flavors, where different cultures come together, united by the same passion for good food.
