As a self-professed food enthusiast with a sweet tooth, I've expanded my menus by incorporating flavors from my travels and tastings across various regions of Italy. Alongside the traditional egg-based tagliatelle and stuffed pasta from my native tradition, my culinary repertoire now includes recipes featuring different flours and ingredients, as well as Tuscan meat and fish dishes and desserts.
