Hi from Carlotta!

Born in Emilia-Romagna and later moved to Tuscany for love, I've seamlessly blended my strong family traditions, rooted in the art of crafting fresh pasta, with the culinary excellence of Tuscany. As a self-professed food enthusiast with a sweet tooth, I've expanded my menus by incorporating flavors from my travels and tastings across various regions of Italy. Alongside the traditional egg-based tagliatelle and stuffed pasta from my native tradition, my culinary repertoire now includes recipes featuring different flours and ingredients, as well as Tuscan meat and fish dishes and desserts.
