Your experience
  • Crostini with liver pate
  • Ravioli filled with potatoes with Bolognese sauce
  • Cantucci and vin santo

Three dishes of Tuscan tradition prepared and enjoyed together in the heart of Florentine hills, in an old stone house which overlooks an olive grove.

Together, we are going to make three great classics:

  • a soft liver pâté spread on typical bland bread;
  • Mugello ravioli, a potato filling wrapped in egg puff pastry rolled with a rolling pin and seasoned with a very tasty ragù.
  • crunchy almond cantucci dipped in Vin Santo.

And all this, if the season allows it, will be enjoyed under a wisteria-covered pergola. No problems if you need to plan a vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free class.

Born in Emilia-Romagna and later moved to Tuscany for love, I've seamlessly blended my strong family traditions, rooted in the art of crafting fresh pasta, with the culinary excellence of Tuscany. As a self-professed food enthusiast with a sweet tooth, I've expanded my menus by incorporating flavors from my travels and tastings across various regions of Italy. Alongside the traditional egg-based tagliatelle and stuffed pasta from my native tradition, my culinary repertoire now includes recipes featuring different flours and ingredients, as well as Tuscan meat and fish dishes and desserts.
